Château de Lacquy is the oldest family-owned estate in Bas-Armagnac, cultivated by the same family since 1711, an unbroken lineage now in its twelfth generation. This rare continuity has allowed us to safeguard a singular heritage while refining, with quiet precision, every gesture of our craft.
Our vineyard extends across 25 hectares of the appellation's most prized sandy soils, farmed sustainably and reserved exclusively for three noble varietals: Folle-Blanche, Colombard, and Baco. Each harvest is vinified with meticulous care, then distilled on the estate using a traditional wood-fired continuous still, a method upheld for its unmatched aromatic finesse. Maturation unfolds in 420-litre French oak barrels, half renewed each year to preserve the perfect balance between wood and spirit. Nothing is ever added, and every bottle is drawn only to order: an uncompromising ethos of purity and authenticity that defines true luxury.
Our collection reflects this pursuit of excellence: refined blends, rare single varietals, exceptional single casks, cask-strength vintages, and limited editions of extraordinary character. Certain releases are born from exclusive collaborations with our most distinguished distributors -bespoke expressions, crafted in strictly limited quantities, designed to embody the singular spirit of each market they honor.
